The home sellers disclosure form only marginally helps, because memory may fail, or most likely, the seller simply do not know about the deficiencies (issues) that might exist in their very own home.
Meat & Potatoes Inspection
Meat and Potatoes Inspection, this 1st Insight Inspections alternative inspection is for people who are only concerned with the major / more expensive issues identified during a home inspection. This inspection does not cover items such as exterior fencing and gates, and does not report cosmetic or normal settlement cracks. Home Sellers Inspection
It is time for you to sell, did you know that you really should get a home inspection? One of the main reasons a home sale transaction can fall apart, is the inspection, or in the seller’s case, lack of an inspection. It’s purpose is to uncover defects in advance so that the buyer’s inspection don’t become deal-breakers. Your buyers are going to get a home and termite inspection, so you may as well know what they are going to find out ahead of time. This way you can disclose these findings, or get repairs done. Getting caught with “you’re pants down” will cost you much more money in the end.
New Home Warranty Inspection
You bought yourself a new home. And perhaps one of the reasons you bought new was you did not want to deal with any repair headaches, or costs. But now the one year builders warranty is about to expire, that was you’re life raft. You would be surprised at some of the issues we find in new houses. Why risk having to pay for repairs in the future, which could have been discovered with a thorough inspection? Let your builder pay to fix any found deficiencies. You certainly don’t want to pay for any of these unknown existing deficiencies when you sell your house.

We Provide Valuable Inspection Protection Plans at No Cost to You – if you could purchase these plans yourself, you would be paying hundreds of dollars, but the cost is $0 to you. These plans have the potential of saving you thousands of dollars. These are different from a home warranty plan. And if you have a warranty, you still have a service fee (usually about $100.00), in most cases this plan would pay for that service fee. We will need the home buyers full name, email address, and cell phone number to submit these plans for you. You must respond to the RWS email to activate your plans. Investment properties, and condos are excluded. *
12 Month Structural Warranty up to $100,000
This coverage only applies to homes on permanent foundations and covers structural component malfunctions and failures as follows: footings and foundation systems, beams, girders, lintels, masonry arches, columns, load-bearing walls, partitions, roof framing systems, and floor systems. 90 Day Warranty, O Deductible Mechanical and Structural Coverage
This warranty is valid 90 days from the date of inspection or 22 days after closing, whichever comes later. This warranty covers repairs to items the home inspector found to be in good working condition at the time of inspection and are specifically listed within the warranty. 0 deductible, and this plan will pay your deductible for any other 1 Year warranty that you may have, most deductibles are at least $90.
5 Year Roof Leak Repair Coverage
Covers roof leak repairs for 5 years from the date of the inspection to residential roof types including shingles, metal roofs, tile roofs and non-commercial flat roofs. Coverage is for up to $3,000 after deductible and it is even transferable if you sell the home
90 Day Sewer Line & Main Water Line Protection
You are provided with 90 days of Sewer Line Protection and Main Water Supply Line Protection with every standard home inspection. Worry less about main underground water line breaks and sewer line collapses having up to $4,000 in coverage.
90 Day Mold Protection
Coverage is provided totaling up to $2,000 for remediation if visible mold is present that was not found during the inspection. Breathe easier knowing that we provide this coverage for a full 90 days following the inspection.
If a manufacturer designs a dangerous product, they MUST recall that item and fix it free of charge. Recall Chek provides a separate report on potential recalls for the major appliances and email the Client monthly recall status updates.
90 DAY TERMITE WARRANTY, or 1 YEAR WARRANTY
These warranties apply when 1st Insight Inspections conducts a paid home inspection, and the termite inspection is ordered along with the home inspection. You choose the termite inspection – 90 day $50.00, or with a 1 year warranty $90 with a complimentary pest control spray after move in. A WDIR (wood destroying infestation report) will be supplied. And as long as there are no signs of termite infestation, or signs conducive for them, a Warranty will be supplied. The warranty extends from the day of the inspection.
The warranties and protection plans are with Residential Warranty Services. The 90 Day termite warranty is through Strike Force Pest and Termite Control, and the 1 year termite warranty is through Protection Termite Control. *
