Most of 1st Insight Inspections Standard Buyer’s Home Inspections Include:

Excluding Investment & Commercial properties, and Condos. 


1. Within 3 days of the actual inspection – after receiving and reviewing the inspection report : If the customer feels they were not given the necessary information from 1st Insight Inspections to make an informed decision on the property, 1st Insight will refund the inspection fee… 

2. And 1st Insight will pay the inspection fee for another inspection company, to inspect the same property. The customer chooses the inspection company for the re-inspection.

*(If the customer was not present for an inspection review at the inspected property, only the inspection fee would be refunded).

The company chosen must be in good standing with the BTR. To see if the inspector is in good standing and active with the AZ Bureau of Technical Registration: Search BTR


1st Insight Inspections provides, with it’s standard inspections…

We Provide Valuable Protection Plans at No Cost to You – if you could purchase these plans  yourself, you would be paying $575, but the cost is $0 to you. These plans have the potential of saving you thousands of dollars. These are different than a home warranty plan. We will need the home buyers full name, email address, and cell phone number to submit these plans for you. You must respond to the RWS email to activate your plans. Investment properties, and Condo’s are excluded.

90 day warranty

90 Day Warranty  – O Deductible Mechanical and Structural Coverage:
This warranty is valid 90 days from the date of inspection or 22 days after closing, whichever comes later.  This warranty covers repairs to items the home inspector found to be in good working condition at the time of inspection and are specifically listed within the warranty. O deductible, and this plan will pay your deductible for any other 1 Year warranty that you may have, most deductibles are at least $90.

90 DAY TERMITE WARRANTY: This warranty applies when 1st Insight Inspections conducts a paid home inspection, and the termite inspection is ordered along with the home inspection.

A WDIR (wood destroying infestation report) will be supplied. And as long as there are no signs of termite infestation, or signs conducive for them a 90 Day Warranty will be supplied. The warranty extends from the day of the inspection, and ends on day 91. The warranty is supplied by Strike Force Pest and Termite Control, and it will be sent along with the termite (WDIR) report.

Platinum Roof Protection

5 Year Roof Leak Repair Coverage – Covers roof leak repairs for 5 years from the date of the inspection to residential roof types including shingles, metal roofs, tile roofs and non-commercial flat roofs. Coverage is for up to $3,000 after deductible and it is even transferable if you sell the home

Sewer Gard

 90 Day Sewer Line & Main Water Line Protection: You are provided with 90 days of Sewer Line Protection and Main Water Supply Line Protection with every standard home inspection. Worry less about main underground water line breaks and sewer line collapses having up to $4,000 in coverage.

Mold Safe

90 Day Mold Protection : Coverage is provided totaling up to $2,000 for remediation if visible mold is present that was not found during the inspection. Breath easier knowing that we provide this coverage for a full 90 days following the inspection.

RecallCheck logo

Recall-Chek: If a manufacturer designs a dangerous product, they MUST recall that item and fix it free of charge. Recall Chek provides a separate report on potential recalls for the major appliances and email the Client monthly recall status updates.

The warranties and protection plans are with Residential Warranty Services, the 90 Day termite warranty is through Strike Force Pest and Termite Control.
